Cancellation Policy

Winter Haven Martial Arts Academy – Private Class Booking Policies Booking & Payment Private classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the session will result in the full session fee being charged. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the class will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show. Instructor Availability We will do our best to accommodate instructor preferences, but availability is not guaranteed. In case of an instructor’s absence, we will offer a reschedule or a different instructor. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. Refunds for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Attire & Equipment Proper training attire (Gi or No-Gi gear) is required. Students must bring their own equipment (mouthguards, rash guards, etc.). Conduct & Safety Participants must follow academy rules and respect the instructor’s guidance. The academy reserves the right to terminate a session if unsafe behavior occurs. By booking a private class, you agree to the above policies.
